As a part of these efforts to support employee health, Q2 has also introduced free, weekly “Wellness Wednesday” meetings held remotely and open to team members around the globe. The schedule features an array of practices and educational experiences that take a comprehensive wellness approach, promoting both physical and psychological health. Real-time, informative sessions include healthy and practical cooking classes, guided meditation sessions, and inclusive yoga and exercise practices for team members with differing abilities and fitness levels.
Q2’s global workforce operates around the clock, and not everyone who wants to can join Wellness Wednesday sessions. With that in mind, recordings are made available for team members to access at the right time. These are just some of the ways Q2 supports team members to help them stay healthy and balanced so they can stay focused on empowering financial institutions to provide seamless support for their account holders.
