As the apparent effects of the COVID-19 pandemic began to increase, the Q2 team quickly began to adapt our plans for CONNECT 20, moving to a virtual conference. We set out with a dedication to making this year’s event extremely relevant to the unusual times we find ourselves in.
It was clear early on that FI professionals likely wouldn’t be able to join us in Austin. Because attendees are laser-focused on providing seamless service to account holders, we knew CONNECT 20 needed to provide a more flexible agenda with on-demand sessions and other resources attendees can access when they need them. By moving to a series of events, we have designed a new approach to CONNECT that we feel accomplished both of those goals while still providing the information and connections that attendees have come to expect.
